Large Vintage Hand Carved Haitian Wood Sculpture Wall Hanging. Item stands 44 inches tall. These wooden items are becoming extremely rare as all the forests and wood are mostly gone in Haiti. Just google deforestation of Haiti and you will be shocked.

Excellent condition with exquisite detail one piece hand carving. The back is signed as shown. Color variation is uniform, with no cracks or damage.

One very small knot as pictured. This is an exquisite and excellently done RARE native Haitian wood carving from mid last century.
