Up for sale is a nice quality antique 19th century primitive wooden mortar and pestle. It's a large example made by hand with a lovely turned silhouette and has acquired a wonderful patina from age. It has its original hand carved wooden pestle with two different ends for grinding. The piece has normal ware from age and the mortar measures 7 1/2 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide.
